A Heartwarming Mid-Autumn Celebration | Wuhan Landmark 2026 Team-Building Event

With the refreshing autumn breeze and the fragrance of osmanthus in the air, Wuhan Landmark held its 2026 Mid-Autumn employee celebration, “A Full Moon, A Fragrant Gathering”, on September 24 at our Yangluo factory.

Employees from our headquarters, Yangluo factory, and Huanggang factory came together to celebrate the festival through fun competitions, warm interactions, and a delightful tea break. As a fragrance and flavor company, we brought the spirit of the season to life in our own way, creating a warm and memorable celebration while strengthening team spirit.

The event kicked off with a random team draw, bringing employees from different departments and locations together to form four teams. Each team selected its own captain and created a team name and slogan, quickly breaking down departmental and geographical boundaries.

Three exciting competitions took center stage. In the tug-of-war, team members worked in perfect sync and gave it their all, demonstrating the power of teamwork. At the pitch-pot game, participants tested their focus, accuracy, and patience through this traditional Chinese game. The ring-toss challenge brought plenty of laughter, as team members took turns aiming for the prizes and competing for team glory.

After each competition, the winning team selected a “Lucky Star” to draw a shared prize for the entire team, allowing the excitement and rewards to be enjoyed together.

Alongside the competitions, a riddle zone and tea-break area were also available throughout the event. The riddles combined traditional Chinese culture, fun general knowledge, and company-related trivia. Employees gathered around to think, guess, and exchange their answers while enjoying little surprises along the way. Meanwhile, a selection of refreshments provided everyone with a chance to relax, chat, and connect with colleagues in a casual atmosphere.

The celebration reached another warm moment with our September Birthday Celebration. Everyone sang the birthday song together and shared a birthday cake, sending their best wishes to the employees celebrating their birthdays this month.

At the end of the event, every employee received a Mid-Autumn Festival mooncake gift box, taking home the company's care and the sweetness of the festival.

This Mid-Autumn celebration not only enriched our employees' cultural and social lives but also brought colleagues closer together and strengthened our sense of belonging and teamwork.
