Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the performance research and testing of new food additives, and prepare the result report;
2. Familiar with the performance of food additives, able to effectively provide technical guidance to other colleagues;
3. Pay attention to sales data, customer research and feedback, and continuously optimize products;
4. Communicated effectively with sales and customers, provided technical support and technical services for customers, and effectively solved customers' practical problems;
5. Proficient in literature search, understand the latest trends of the industry, and form papers or patents according to the test results;
6. Put forward constructive opinions on the long-term development strategy of the product, conducted relevant market research, and provided relevant basis for the decision-making level of the company;
7. Improve professional and technical level by visiting markets, participating in exhibitions and relevant training.

 

Post Requirement:
1. Master degree or above in applied chemistry, food engineering, microbiology or related field;
2. More than 1 year working experience in food or flavor industry;
3. Good market analysis and market insight;
4. Good communication and expression ability, writing ability, management ability, logical thinking ability and innovation ability;
5. Excellent product planning and proposal ability, able to accurately express product characteristics and selling points.
