Flavor and fragrance are widely used in food industry, daily chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, tobacco industry, textile industry, leather industry and other industries.

 

The function and ultimate purpose of flavor and fragrance is to restore the products to the most natural state. For example, when we buy cosmetics, those products that smell softer are usually considered as good, but if they smell pungent when buying cosmetics, consumers will basically not consider the products. Basically, good things are soft and close to the state of nature.

 

Generally speaking, the purity of synthetic perfume above 95% is relatively safe. In fact, it is the quality specification of synthetic products that is emphasized. Stability is controlled through natural specifications.

 

At present, China stipulates that food must have a shelf life, and enterprises can only establish a shelf life according to the requirements of national laws. In order to avoid their own risks, some enterprises will shorten the time as much as possible in some uncertain aspects.

 

For the storage of flavor and fragrance, it has a slow chemical reaction under the temperature conditions of summer and winter, so its smell changes. There are also some other internal or external conditions that can also affect the quality of flavor and fragrance. Therefore, we cannot look at flavor and fragrance from a static perspective.
