P-hydroxy cinnamic acid can treat papermaking wastewater more effectively

Experts have found that the addition of p-hydroxycinnamic acid under the action of laccase can effectively remove the soluble lignin and its derivatives in wastewater.


The action mechanism is as follows: under the action of laccase catalysis, the added p-hydroxycinnamic acid can be polymerized with the soluble lignin and its derivatives in the APMP wastewater of chemical slurry, so as to produce hydrophobic macromolecular polymers and precipitate and remove them.

Experiments show that: under the action of laccase, add on - hydroxy cinnamic acid can effectively remove the soluble lignin and its derivatives in the wastewater, on - hydroxy cinnamic acid dosage is 0.066 g/L, dosage of laccase is 14.82 IU/L, the processing temperature is 25 ℃, the processing time for 1 h under the condition of waste water treatment effect is best, the lignin removal rate can reach 73.9%, the CODCr removal rate can reach 69.1%, the chroma removal rate was 86.7%.
